How can I be updated on the professionals in your database?
If you view the people you hire as a main component to your company’s success, you are always looking for the right professionals to add to your team. Please feel free to join our monthly distribution list. Each month we create a newsletter that highlights the top 8-10 professionals who interviewed with us that month. Adding yourself to the distribution list will let you keep an eye out for great talent with no cost or obligation. If you wish to receive the monthly newsletter please e-mail info@tulsamedpros.com and type in the subject line, “Add me to your monthly newsletter.” Please include your name, organization and contact information within the body of the e-mail, as we need this information in addition to your e-mail address to ensure you are added to the distribution list.
Explain how your pool of talent has professionals that we could not find elsewhere?
We have a team of recruiters who have over 25 years of Healthcare recruiting experience and have worked in a healthcare setting at some point in their career. They know the professionals who are “great” and the ones who job hop. Tulsa-Med Pros knows that our product is our people and if we don’t recommend great people we won’t last long! When we make a recommendation you can feel confident you are getting the best professional. We go outside of conventional recruiting practices and use outlets that allow us to network to attract the best possible talent for our clients.
What are your fees?
We charge a onetime direct hire fee or a mark-up fee on hourly professionals. We also provide payroll services to clients who identify the professional but choose to payroll them through us as a probationary measure to ensure they are a good fit. Due to the competitive nature of our industry, we cannot disclose our fees on the web. How many references do you check?
We check a minimum of 3 professional references prior to submitting a professional to a client.
What type of testing do you do?
We perform a data entry and medical terminology test on every applicant and then provide any additional tests that we or the client feels is pertinent to the job. Test results are sent to the clients.
