Our Screening Process
Tulsa-Med Pros knows how important it is for us to find the right match the first time. We understand how expensive and cumbersome training a new employee can be. Therefore, we take great pride in partnering with each client to understand the type of employee who fits best within their organization. Our comprehensive screening process means you get only the best professionals. We have certain criteria that are required, all of the criteria is listed for each applicant to see. Some examples are as follows:
- If you have mis-spelled words on your resume we cannot work with you.
- If you have a string of employment (3 or more) for 1 year or less we cannot work with you.
- You must have your bachelors/associates or at least 1 year of medical experience to be eligible for our positions.
- You must come prepared and professionally dressed for an interview when you come to our office.
- You must pass our standardized tests- data entry and medical terminology. Other tests will be conducted depending on the opening.
